Para fazer tal abordagem, foi empregado o método de abordagem dialético, utilizando-se de pesquisa bibliográfica e documentos eletrônicos. O trabalho buscou respostas às principais indagações sobre o papel social do educador na escola especial e inclusiva do novo milênio, averiguando: (i) a evolução das leis e sua influência no momento de mudança que atualmente se opera; (ii) a educação especial e inclusiva como uma área pedagógica com imensas possibilidades; (iii) e o caráter único e insubstituível de cada   ser humano. Seu resultado final é a constatação de que a condição existencial alheia tem valor absoluto, sendo a educação especial e inclusiva não apenas uma abordagem de tolerância, mas de respeito, libertação e valorização da dignidade humana. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Educação; inclusão social; dignidade humana; solidariedade   ABSTRACT Based on the principle of human dignity recognized in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 1948, the aim of this paper is to demonstrate that after many misunderstandings about the right to be different, is perfecting a humanitarian conception of teaching, aimed at social inclusion and full citizenship. To make such an approach, we employed the method of dialectical approach, using research literature and electronic documents. The study sought answers to key questions about the social role of educator in special schools and inclusive of the new millennium by examining: (i) the evolution of laws and their influence at the time of change that currently operates, (ii) special education and inclusive as an area with lots of educational opportunities, (iii) the unique and irreplaceable character of every human being. Your end result is the finding that the existential condition of others is absolute, and the special education and inclusive approach not only tolerance, but respect, liberation and recovery of human dignity.
