O tema escolhido para o desenvolvimento desse trabalho teve como objetivo apresentar a importância de integrar a Administração e o Meio Ambiente no setor sucroalcooleiro da região de Marília, município localizado no estado de São Paulo, principal produtor de cana-de-açúcar do Brasil. Diante disso, procura-se evidenciar as práticas que as Usinas do setor estão aderindo para garantir a sustentabilidade e a conquista de novos mercados, bem como buscar respostas para questões que envolvem os programas de desenvolvimento ambiental dentro das organizações. Para tanto, é importante conhecer a evolução da Gestão Ambiental, relatar as diversas áreas da organização e suas contribuições diante das questões ambientais, as estratégias envolvidas e a utilização da Norma NBR ISO 14001. Apresentar um breve histórico e visão do setor sucroalcooleiro e as principais práticas ambientais exigidas. Na pesquisa foram apresentadas as duas Usinas em estudo, relatando suas políticas e principais praticas ambientais utilizadas, para, desta maneira, expor os motivos que levam as organizações a terem uma administração mais consciente, seja por motivo da própria cultura organizacional, legislação atual ou exigências dos mercados em que atuam. Demonstrar como a integração da Gestão Empresarial com a Gestão Ambiental, contribui às empresas em estudo.

Abstract
MANAGEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PRACTICES IN THE SUGAR-ALCOHOL INDUSTRY FROM MARÍLIA / SP

The subject chosen for the development of this work had as objective to present the importance to integrate the Administration and the Environment in the sucroalcooleiro sector of the region of Marília, city located in the state of São Paulo, main producer of sugar cane-of-sugar of Brazil. Ahead of this is looked to evidence the practical ones that the Plants of the sector are adhering to guarantee the sustentabilidade and the conquest of new markets, as well as searching answers for questions that inside involve the programs of ambient development of the organizations. For in such a way it is important to know the evolution of the Ambient Management, to ahead tell to the diverse areas of the organization and its contributions of the ambient questions, the involved strategies and the use of Norma NBR ISO 14001. To present a historical briefing and vision of the sucroalcooleiro sector and the main ones you practise ambient demanded. In the research the two Plants in study were presented, telling the main politics and you practise ambient used thus to display the reasons that take the organizations to have a more conscientious administration, either for reason of the proper organizacional culture, for the current legislation or requirements of the markets where they act. To demonstrate as the integration of the Enterprise Management with the Ambient Management contributes stops the companies in study.
