Neste trabalho abordamos a Inclus√£o dos Portadores de Necessidades Especiais (PNEs), mais especificamente, os com S√≠ndrome de Down na Rede P√ļblica de Ensino no munic√≠pio de Marilia/SP. O objetivo foi investigar as rela√ß√Ķes entre adultos, parceiros e este contingente, e descobrir se a Inclus√£o tem ocorrido. O trabalho de campo constituiu de observa√ß√Ķes, utiliza√ß√£o de question√°rios contendo quest√Ķes adaptadas ao contexto de cada Institui√ß√£o visitada e de entrevistas com os respons√°veis. Concluiu-se que a Inclus√£o efetiva ainda n√£o ocorrera, mas que in√ļmeros passos j√° foram dados para que ela ocorra interinamente.

Abstract
In this paper we approach the Inclusion of Bearers of Special Necessity, especially those who have Down Syndrome in Regular Net Education in the city of Marília in the state of Sao Paulo. The objective was to investigate the relations between the adults and partners and everybody involved in the process of inclusion, and also to discover if the inclusion has happened. The practical Research was done through class observations, visiting institutions, questionnaires with questions adapted to the context of each institution which was visited and interviews with the people who were responsible for the places. It was concluded that the effective inclusion has not happened yet, but many steps are being taken so that it can occur completely.
